Disassembly Sequence Planning for Intelligent Manufacturing Using Social Engineering Optimizer

Product disassembly and recycling are important issues in green design. Disassembly sequence planning (DSP) is an problem the product process. The core idea to generate best or approximately optimal reduce costs time. According characteristics of DSP problem, a new algorithm solve proposed. Firstly, hybrid graph introduced, constraint matrix established. Secondly, disassembling time, replacement frequency tool direction taken as evaluation criteria establish fitness function. Then, improved social engineering optimizer (SEO) method In order enable planning, swap operator steps redefined. Finally, taking worm reducer example, proposed used sequence, influence parameters on optimization results analyzed. Compared with several heuristic intelligent methods, effectiveness verified.
